Diana Kamadi

Diana Kamadi is currently an intern at the Nuclear Power and Energy Agency, where she is dedicated to advancing her knowledge and experience in the nuclear energy sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Nairobi.

Her academic background provides a strong foundation in scientific principles, which she passionately applies to the field of nuclear energy. Diana has been an active member of the Eastern Africa Association for Radiation Protection, where she initially served as the student representative. Her leadership and commitment to the association have led to her current role as an executive member, where she continues to contribute to the safe and effective use of radiation technologies in the region.

A strong advocate for nuclear energy, Diana is also a member of the Kenya Young Generation in Nuclear (KYGN), Nuclear Society of Kenya (NSK), Africa Young Generation in Nuclear (AYGN) and Women in Nuclear Kenya (WiN Kenya).
