AFRA-NEST stands for the African Network for Education in Nuclear Science and Technology. It was established by the Africa Regional Cooperative Agreement for Research, Development and Training related to Nuclear Science and Technology (AFRA) to address the need for human resource development and knowledge management in the nuclear field across Africa.
