
Pamella is an educationist with over 20 years of experience. She holds an MSc. in Nuclear Science and a PhD in Radiation Physics from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She has vast experience in linkages, mentorship, and knowledge transfer through facilitation and training.
Pamella Co-founded the Kenyan Young Generation in Nuclear, African Young Generation in Nuclear, the Society of Women in Nuclear, and the Organization of Women from Developing Countries in Kenya, through which she spearheaded several activities, including seminars, workshops, and conferences on nuclear safety, security, and safeguards.
Pamella has worked closely with different state agencies and international bodies to achieve the objectives of each activity she organized. She was recently among the 6 pairs across the globe that won the CRDF Global 2024 Fellowship program to empower women working in nuclear security and nonproliferation.
